Starting January 7th, we are getting rid of our booked up appointment calendar and will start accepting drop-offs on a first come, first serve basis. Now in order for this new process to work, we ask that you follow our 3 easy steps below:

Gather 20 gently used trendy, seasonal items

View our list of what we accept here

Place all clothing & small items in a laundry basket/storage bin/large reusable bag

Securely label your bin along with any items that don't fit in your bin with your first & last name (we recommend using painters tape)

Call ahead for large furniture

we only accept large pieces when we have the space

DROP-OFF

Tuesday-Thursday, 10am-4pm
-
some Saturday's, 10am-1pm
-
TO AVOID ANY INCONVENIENCE, call ahead to ensure we are accepting drop-offs that day

We accept on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE basis. Once our shelves are full, we stop for the day.

During your drop-off, items not accepted will be handed back. Please allow us 10-15 minutes to review your items.

Our drop-off counter is back to being instore. Just follow the path to our back desk!

Freshly laundered & wipe down all items until they are squeaky clean.

laid flat, not folded

snapped, zipped, or buttoned

check all pockets for hidden treasures

NO stains, tears, holes, missing buttons, animal hair/lint

SHOES
-
scuff-free. Baby wipes and magic erasers work wonders on shoes!

check that soles are still intact and that the heels are not worn out

no sand, dirt, grass, or gum
-

TOYS
-
must turn on (batteries included)

check that it has all the parts

Place parts to all toys or accessories secured in a zip-lock bag or in its original box.
