HANDLING FEE BREAKDOWN
Our guidelines help the Sugar & Spice team efficiently handle the amazing outpouring of items that you bring us. When selecting those items, please remember to have them freshly laundered and cleaned and in the best sellable condition so you can receive the most return! It does take time for us to process items that are not immediately sellable and due to this, we charge a handling fee to cover our costs. As you have seen all over, prices for supplies and overhead are going up. Throughout the pandemic and beyond, we are incredibly thankful to our customers who have kept us open so that we can continue to provide an affordable shopping option to our community.
Majority of the items are ARE rack-ready and guidelines have been followed. Thank you!
Majority of the items are NOT rack-ready and need a bit more handling, including lint rolling, steaming, buttoning, toy packaging, battery testing, etc.
Majority of items are UNSELLABLE and the rest is in need of extensive handling including cleaning, sorting, etc.
If we are unable to accept anything, we charge a $5/per bag processing fee. This fee will be applied to your account.
